head into the last few days before spring vacation at Friends. Should have at least one more day of work. Will start vacation with more money in bank than usual at this time---still have no idea what to do with it, just in holding pattern for now.
Monday, again tired in evening, but that did not stop me from going to Dixon place, glad I did, first time on LES in a while, refreshing to be there, made me think of Fringe in summer, met Kristen there, had a nice talk with her after the five works in progress, which were pretty good, my friend Flako's piece very angry, hope he is able to build on it, as the work in progress matures.
Not sure about tonight's activity, have not seen my friend Erin, who bartends at Burp Castle, for a few weeks, might be nice to check in with her there, see what is happening, a few plays are possibilities if I am in the mood, right now flooded by choices of what to see....hopefully will go to HERE to see the piece my friend Merlin is in, and also get a chance to go to see documentary at Bronx Documentary project, have not been there in a while, hope to go.
Frank sent me an e-mail about a project that the TEAM is planning which will include 10 senior citizens (does that mean me?). Wanted to know if I was interested; sounds interesting on one level, but how would I feel being grouped into one of 10 seniors. Would I spend all my time with them trying to prove how different I am from then, how more aware I feel. Also, you are talking about people who might be over 80, my life is at this point very different from theirs. Also scheduling conflicts, so probably won't happen, however would love to talk to Rachel to throw out some ideas that she could then give (or challenge) the others with. Anyway, let's see what happens.
Should shoot Flako and e-mail re his work, should do it now...
