Fringe Orientation tonight---thank goodness, now its just a countdown to next Friday. It will be good to see all the "others" tonight, probably Tony and Shea, and Jonathan, who, ofcourse, I never see during the year, but who are my good buddies during the two and a half weeks of Fringe---yes it is an incredible phenomenon. Afterwards, karaoke.....? Not sure. Have to learn how to use computer to sell tickets, something we did not have to do before, always handled cash. Still wondering why the switch, Perhaps all will be revealed tonight!
Yesterday, after visiting library on Saint Nicholas and 160 street, played my usual scratch off game---no luck---visited several libraries as I returned home. Evening, after much deliberation (in my head) rejected idea of playing trivia at Pete's and decided for a baseball immersion evening at Standings. Went there, kind of cold and empty, but lasted about two hours, left just as it was filling up, place still has its uses, then, even though it was late, went to Williamsburg, hoped that Shayla was working at Sweetwater, she was not, so wandered around nothern part of Williamsburg----finally got an ice coffee at Bean, just as they were closing, and continued walking for quite a while in the neighborhood. Got home tired enough to fall asleep.
So let us see how tonight plays out....
