hold, cityboy? Yesterday, after tutoring wandered around harlem for about 45 minutes, amazing all the beautiful brownstones that exist there, most of them have been redone, look beautiful....Mount Morris Park---my first trip there, good to walk around it. Seemed very passive, gentle, not so seventh avenue and the low
130's still vestiges of poverty in that area. Good walk up 116 from 5th avenue to Lenox, before going home, incredible contrast between the new luxury buildings and the poverty of the people walking around. Are there
really that many people who can afford those seemingly luxury apartments? It seems like there is no end
to them.
Awoke around 3, very angry about Friends situation (if that is what it is. will have to see how this week evolves, but calmed down later---Jesus wants me to help him with his GED math, that should be viable.
Will return to apartment after this stay in library, probably listen to Julius Caesar for a while, then will go
to City Center box office, see about La Perichole for tonight, and then head to Brooklyn. Have to visit
Susan and should stop off at South Fourth for a few moments this afternoon.
