five days later....

city boy still immersed in Friends. Only day off today, can't imagine how different I feel physically---no stair climbing that must be it. Felt a sense of a need to clear my mind, this morning---did not take a book with me, now a little sad about that, might have wanted to have Pride and Prejudice around. Return to Friends tomorrow---not sure about the weekend, Sunday took a good walk down Fulton Street to Franklin, then walked again from Bedford to Washington before I got lunch, then down to Fulton to take the C to the F to Anthology, for a lethargic movie (though well meaning and done with affection) about the late Mars Bar where
Jonas Mekas used to go. Instead of Academy Awards, watched basketball at Standings, I knew there would be plenty of room there, then got the call for Monday, then returned home.
Not sure about the rest of the day...should go out to Bushwick and visit Susan at Cobra, then the evening is not planned. Tomorrow back at Friends for perhaps the whole day, not sure, or how tired I may be afterwards. We'll find out tomorrow.....
